Piškur to WHO General Assembly: Health Policy Must Allow for Human Dignity

Dunja Piškur Kosmač, a state secretary in the Ministry of Health, on Tuesday drew the attention of participants in the 51st session of the General Assembly of the World Health Organization to the importance of the Ljubljana Charter, signed by health ministers in Ljubljana in 1996, which stipulates the guidelines of development of health care in Europe at the beginning of next millenium.
