Ljubljana, 6 March - Dnevnik argues on Thursday that Slovenia's electricity market is not a healthy competition environment as it goes over the new electricity prices now that the government's regulation has ended. The newspaper remains critical of the Robert Golob cabinet's populist approach to the new network charge system.
