Subscription starts for second retail bond issue

Ljubljana, 10 March - Subscription will start on Monday for what is a second issue of a retail sovereign bond after a successful EUR 261 million maiden issue in February last year. Like the first time, the bonds will have three-year maturity but the annual coupon rate will be slightly lower, at 2.75%.
