SocDem MP urges govt to raise state's stake in SIJ subsidiaries

Ljubljana/Ravne na Koroškem, 7 March - An MP for the coalition Social Democrats (SD) has urged the government to increase the state's stake in several subsidiaries of steel group SIJ. Jani Prednik argues that there are a number of indications that the Russian majority owner does not have strategic plans for the companies, while the state could strengthen its military industry there.
