Literary historian Saksida called out for most sexist statement

Ljubljana, 8 March - Literary historian Igor Saksida is the recipient of the Silver Thistle award for the most sexist statement of 2024, handed out by the Red Dawns collective and the editorial board of the spol.si web portal. By assessing the school system in Slovenia as being too "girly", he has pushed girls into a passive role, the jury said.
