President Pirc Musar and FM Fajon stress need to fight for gender equality
Ljubljana/Koper, 9 March - President Nataša Pirc Musar and Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon stressed on International Women's Day the need to fight for gender equality. Fajon warned the global gender gap is closing too slowly, estimating it will take five generations at the current pace. Two protests meanwhile highlighted the undervaluation of feminised professions.
