Govt attempt to curb short-term rentals faces court challenge

Ljubljana, 11 March - In an effort to make housing more accessible, the government is set to curb short-term rentals in a new hospitality bill which the cabinet is expected adopt on Thursday. However, owners of rental properties strongly oppose the bill and plan to challenge it at the Constitutional Court.
