Inquiry Referendum on Potential Formation of 18 New Municipalities Approved in Parliament

Ljubljana, 15 May - PARLIAMENT/REFERENDUM/MUNICIPALITIES
The National Assembly passed a decree stipulating an inquiry referendum, scheduled for 21 June, in which it would be found out whether 18 new municipalities should be formed. The decree was adopted in agreement with the Constitutional Court ruling on the matter on Friday in a 37 to 10 vote.
