Only three days after the historic meeting between Yugoslav President Milosevic and Kosovo Albanians leader Rugova slightly eased tensions in the Balkans the situation is again tense in Belgrade. Six parliament members loyal to former Monte Negro President Momir Bulatovic have namely requested replacement of federal prime minister, Montenegrin Radoje Kontic, Maribor's daily Večer writes on Monday.
