Expert warns about potential implicit bias in pension reform blueprint

Ljubljana, 3 April - It is the right move to increase the retirement age since people live longer, expert on labour and social security law Grega Strban told the STA as he commented on the recently agreed pension reform blueprint. However, he warned about the possibility of indirect gender discrimination when it comes to the way the pension rate would be calculated.
