Second Meeting of Three Countries' Finance Ministers

Finance Ministers of Slovenia, Austria and Hungary concentrated their two day meeting at the mountain resort of Bled on Slovene and Hungarian accession to the EU with respect to fiscal legislation harmonization and capital market modernization, finance ministers and central bank governors said in a joint statement after the meeting. Slovenia's Finance Minister Gaspari told STA he would meet with his Austrian counterpart Rudolf Edlinger later on Monday upon an initiative from Austria. Gaspari said the talks probably will deal with the duty free shop-related issues.
