Inquiry hears mayor prevented debate on controversial sewerage project

Ljubljana, 15 April - The parliamentary commission inquiring into Ljubljana's major sewerage project interviewed on Tuesday a former speaker of parliament and a former city councillor. While Milan Brglez said the environmental impact assessment should always be part of such projects, Jasminka Dedić said the mayor prevented the city council from debating the project.
