Top court quashes city decree linked to Ljubljana sewerage project

Ljubljana, 16 April - A decree by the Ljubljana municipality that turned some private plots along the controversial C0 sewerage pipeline into public paths has been quashed by the Constitutional Court. Mayor Zoran Janković says the project can continue regardless, while the owners concerned are planning civil lawsuits.
