Slovene Government on Privatization Vouchers and Mobile Telephony

Those citizens of Slovenia who registered their privatization vouchers before 30 June 1997 with authorized investment companies but got them back because too many vouchers had already been registered with individual companies will be able to put them in those companies that will have a higher authorized capital approved by the Agency for the Market of Securities, the Slovene government agreed Thursday. This decree was passed in accordance with the law to conclude privatization of legal persons owned by the Slovene Development Company (SDC).
