Review of Events in Slovenia from May 16 through 22

Ljubljana, 23 May - Public attention this week focused on the National Assembly which after two days of heated debates rejected the Social Democrats motion to impeach Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek at the Constitutional Court for alleged violations of the constitution and the statutes in the process of signing the secret security agreement between Slovenia and Israel in the beginning of 1995.
