Shell on Constitutional Court Ruling

The Shell Slovenija corporation reacted Wednesday to the recent Constitutional Court ruling to reject its complaint against the government decree setting procedures and conditions for lending surfaces for motorway service stations. In a press statement Shell Slovenia director Samo Krivic expressed surprise at the fact that the Constitutional Court - notably the highest body performing judicial review and protecting constitutionality and legality - did not examine the reasons that led the government to later change the part of the decree that was subject to a constitutional complaint.
