Ljubljana, 30 May - The National Assembly failed to ratify the agreement on border traffic and cooperation with Croatia after parliament members, fearful that controversial marking a border area would provide a precedent for final border line demarcation, decided they would also adopt an interpretative statement after a position was also taken by the government.
