Ljubljana, 7 June - The lawsuit filed by the American corporation Merck & Co. Inc. against Slovenia's pharmaceuticals producer Krka over patent and payment issues is the biggest lawsuit in Slovenia ever and an attack on Slovene chemical know-how, Krka CEO Miloš Kovačič said on 5 June. On 2 June, Krka received the interim ruling by the Ljubljana District Court that bans production of the chemical substance enalapril, which Krka sells under the brandname Enap, or any other chemical with identical chemical composition.
