Gov't Proposes New Law on Religious Communities

Ljubljana, 11 June - GOVERNEMNT/RELIGION
A new bill on religious communities prepared by the government on the proposal of the Roman Catholic Church and endorsed for first reading in the parliament on Thursday introduces a criteria to establish a religious community. A religious society will be given the status of religious community and thus legal entity, provided it has at least hundred founder-members.
