Amnesty International Slovenia Presents 1998 Annual Report

        Ljubljana, 17 June (STA - Slovene section of Amnesty International on Wednesday presented the 1998 AI Annual Report on violations of human rights in the world in 1997. Slovenia is not listed among the countries where human rights were violated in 1997. Human rights are not systematically violated in the country, Dragan Barbutovski, head of AI Slovenia, told a press conference on Wednesday. He, however, added, that AI was concerned about the bad treatment by the police.
