Watts: New Round of Negotiations on Succession to Ex-Yugoslavia in Autumn

Sir Arthur Watts, international mediator for negotiations on succession to former Yugoslavia, will start a new round of negotiations with the successor states in September. At their meeting on Wednesday evening, Watts also informed Slovenia's Foreign Minister Boris Frlec that he would visit Slovenia in September or October, STA learnt from sources in Slovene delegation in London.
