Slovenia to Participate in Festival of Central European Culture

Ljubljana, 21 June - BRITAIN/FESTIVAL/CENTRAL/EUROPE/CULTURE
'Festival of Central European Culture' will take place in London from 21 June through 12 July. The first event of its kind in Great Britain, the festival has been initiated by Austria on the occasion of its first presidency of the EU in the second semester of 1998. A number of artists, performers and intellectuals from Slovenia will participate in the event and Slovenia's Minister of Culture Jožef Školč will attend the opening ceremony on Monday.
