Ljubljana, 26 June - MOBILE/TELEPHONY/DIGITEL/APPEAL
Under the Public Orders Act, Digitel started Friday a legal action at the Supreme Court, demanding revision of the procedure in which a second mobile telephony provider was selected. The company believes its interests were substantially damaged on several important points of the tender, Digitel Director Franc Cimzar told STA. In addition, Digitel plans to file charges at the Administrative Court.
