Ljubljana, 28 June - Official negotiations between Slovenia and Croatia to conclude an inter-state treaty on the status and ownership of the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant can begin after the parliamentary International Relations Committee endorsed a government initiative for the above contract on Tuesday. Slovenia's negotiation group has already been formed, Ministry of Economic Affairs said on Wednesday, but the negotiation guidelines have not been made public. The Foreign Ministry informed Zagreb on Wednesday that it was ready to start official negotiations.
