Koper, 30 June - ISTRABENZ/GENERAL/ASSEMBLY
Istrabenz shareholders distributed 1997 profit and part of the 1996 profit at a general assembly session on Tuesday that represented 76 percent of the joint stock company's capital. With a majority vote, the assembly also passed the management and supervisory board proposal for profit distribution, amended company statutes and elected a new supervisory board member.
