Review of Events in Slovenia from June 27 Through July 3
Ljubljana, 5 July - The Slovene political scene was marked by several important events last week, such as President Milan Kucan's presentation of his proposal for five new Constitutional Court judges. Parliamentary parties' bodies had to reach a decision on whether they support, or not the so called reconciliation documents. The Slovene government answered to ten questions put forth by the National Assembly in connection with a constitutional impeachment motion against the premier and confirmed an initiative to conclude an agreement between the Slovene and the Israeli governments on the mutual protection of confidential data.
