Parliamentary International Relations Committee Chairman Jelko Kacin, on a three-day visit to the Yugoslav republic of Monte Negro, has held separate meetings with Montenegrin Premier Filip Vujanovic, Vice-Speaker of the Montenegrin Assembly and his counterpart Predrag Popovic, Vice-Speaker Rifat Rastoder and Foreign Minister Branko Perovic, according to the Slovene National Assembly.
