Lots of Young Tourists Spend Holidays in Slovenia

1120 young foreign tourists stayed at the Ljubljana Tabor pupils' residence, and they made 2511 overnight stays in July. In the same pupils' residence, which turns into a youth hostel in summer, there were 41 Slovene tourists, who made 191 overnight stays. On average, foreign tourists spent two days in Ljubljana; after going on a sightseeing tour of Ljubljana on the first day, they make trips to the mountain resort of Bled, north, or to the Postojna Caves, south, on the second day. The largest number of tourists came from Great Britain (212), the USA (105) and Australia (77).
