Ljubljana, 24 August - NAFTA/LENDAVA/SUPERVISORY/BOARD
The Nafta Lendava supervisory board is holding a session on Tuesday, 25 August, at the Economics Ministry in Ljubljana, the Ministry has confirmed. A draft rehabilitation and development programme as well as a draft business plan for the second half of 1998 will chiefly be discussed by the Board, majority of whose members are of Slovenia's oil company Petrol. With Petrol holding a 55-percent stake in Nafta Lendava, the rest is being owned by the government. Both owners are thus expected to reach final agreement on how Nafta Lendava's refinery facilities, which employ some 300 workers, should be dealt with.
