July Exports Topple US$ 800 Million

Ljubljana, 10 September - Slovene exports amounted to US$ 818.7 million in July and imports to 840.8 million. Trade deficit was US$ 22.1 million, while exports/imports ratio was 97.4 percent, up from July 1997 when trade deficit was at US$ 56.7 million and exports/imports coverage 93.1 percent, the National Statistical Office reported Thursday.
