Weekly Review of Slovene Economy from 6 through 12 September
Ljubljana, 13 September - Following Croatia's comments on the government decree on the Krsko Nuclear Plant's reorganization into a public company, the Slovene side on Monday submitted its stands on the comments to Croatia. The document containing Croatian comments consists of 15 points that can be summarized in three demands: co-ownership with a 50-percent stake, consensus in decision-making and terms of payment and guarantee. After a thorough examination of all the points, the Slovene side could only consider a part of them, especially in the part where both partners shared the same views, but could not accept those whose adoption would disagree with Slovene legislation.
