With Germanic, Roman, and Slavic neighbours, Slovenia could play an important role of a mediator in the modern world, especially with open corridors to the Muslim world as well, Prof. Dr. Johan Galtung said his lecture in Slovenia's parliament in Ljubljana on Tuesday. In the lecture, organized by the Slovene National Council, the world-known futurologist and the founder of the International Peace Research Institute of Oslo talked about the state, nation, economic and moral crisis as well as conflicts between the Islamic and Christian worlds.
