Arthur Watts to Tour Successor States before Next Round of Negotiations on Succession Issues

Brussels, 17 September - FORMER/YUGOSLAVIA/SUCCESSION
A new round of negotiations between successor states to the former Yugoslavia scheduled for the next week in Brussels has been postponed until the end of October. Before the talks take place, international mediator at negotiations Sir Arthur Watts will go on a tour from 28 September through 9 October to get aqcuainted with the stances on the issue of individual successor states.
