Slovene Minister for European Affairs Igor Bavcar opened Friday in the seaside resort of Portoroz a two-day international conference entitled 'The EU and Regional Economic Trans-Frontier Cooperation', whose main topic will be the role of the north Adriatic ports of Koper, Slovenia, Trieste, Italy, and Rijeka, Croatia.
