Favourable Trends of Foreign Trade during the Summer

Trends of trade in goods with foreign countries were favourable during the summer months. Expressed in U.S. dollars, the exports grew quicker than the imports. Trade deficit at the end of the first half-year was slightly lower than last year's, whereas trade deficit in seven months was by US$ 71 million lower than in the same period last year, Economic Outlook and Policy Department at the Slovene Chamber of Economy wrote in the September publication on economic trends.
