Delo: Between Two Extremes

Ljubljana, 21 September - Despite his proverbially pragmatic mind, Yevgeny Primakov is facing huge problems in trying to form a government. But that could only be expected; while there are too many midwives (political parties) around also this time, not many would be ready to assume their share of responsibility if a sickly baby is born, Delo says on Monday.
