Dnevnik: Minister Bavcar Says Slovenia Needs a Lot of Knowledge
Ljubljana, 21 September - As soon as Greece and Portugal have ratified the Slovene-EU Accord, which they are expected to do very soon, the agreement will take effect, likely at the end of November, which will make some sectors of Slovene economy, chiefly bank and insurance companies open to keen European competition. And when the principle of reciprocity goes into effect, EU citizens will be able to purchase property in Slovenia, Minister for European Affairs Igor Bavcar said in an interview for Monday's issue of Dnevnik.
