Members of Civil Society Discuss Reconciliation
Ljubljana, 21 September - PAST/RECONCILIATION/PARLIAMENT
Over 30 legislators joined in Monday's debate on the attitude to the past and national reconciliation. They presented various views on the issues of the National Liberation War, collaboration with collaborationism, home guard membership and post-war mass killings, as well as the significance of reconciliation and two proposed reconciliation documents. These had been prepared by five parliamentary parties after six-month negotiations and served as a basis for the debate of civil society representatives in the parliament.
