Petrol Sells Less Oil Derivatives
Ljubljana, 25 September - PETROL/BUSINESS/RESULTS
The Petrol business group recorded a 12-percent fall in sales of oil derivatives in the first half of the year, which reduced its clear revenues by 11 percent in nominal terms in comparison with the January-to-June period 1997. A clear profit of nearly SIT 520 million is 28 percent lower from the same period last year. Return on equity fell to 4.8 percent at the annual level, the Petrol oil company said.
