Minister Gaspari about Budget Proposal

Slovene Finance Minister Mitja Gaspari spoke to journalists Tuesday about the concept and structure of the proposals of the 1999 and 2000 budgets, which will be sent to parliament on 1 October, and could consequently be passed before the end of 1999.
