Cistercian Monks Celebrate 900 Years

Ljubljana, 29 September - CISTERCIAN/MONKS/ANNIVERSARY
A series of ceremonies in the jubilee year for the Cistercian Order will take place at the Cistercian abbey of Sticna, 25 km southeast of Ljubljana, a the end of the week. The 900th anniversary of this order coincides with the inauguration of the Sticna abbey 100 years ago.
