Within the last two years Slovenia has consolidated the currency, which is practically convertible, and lowered inflation such that this year's annual inflation rate will be about 20 per cent and next year's is going to be lower still, said Janez Drnovšek, the Slovenian Prime Minister, at the first International Economic Forum '93.
