World Investments Rising
Ljubljana, 10 November - INVESTMENT/REPORT/UNCTAD
Worldwide foreign direct investment inflows continued their upward climb in 1997, according to the World Investment Report, published for the eight consecutive year by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). FDI last year increased by 19 per cent to a new record level of US$ 400 billion, the report says.
