Slovene Companies Will Have to Prepare for the Euro
Ljubljana, 11 November - The launching of the European Monetary Union (EMU) and particularly the introduction of the new single currency, the euro, will require major changes in organization and information systems not only in Slovene banks but also in Slovene companies dealing with partners abroad. The changes that Slovene companies will have to face in international dealings next year and the steps taken by SKB banka to adapt its services to new needs of the bank's business partners, were discussed at a seminar organized by SKB banka.
