Ljubljana, 18 November - The message delivered by German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, who first met with communist leader Zyuganov and the other oppositional politicians and only met with Russian President Boris Yeltsin at the end of his visit, was more than apparent: Boris Yeltsin is no longer the man with whom it would be possible to talk seriously about the future relations with Moscow. The real interlocutors are the politicians who now already manage Russia in one way or another (Primakov) and those who seriously expect to win at the elections in 2000, the daily Delo writes on Wednesday.
