Premier Drnovsek Talks to NLB Management

Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek on Wednesday visited the biggest Slovene commercial bank, Nova ljubljanska banka (NLB), to discuss topical financial issues with the management. Drnovsek and NLB Board Director Marko Voljc did not make any statements after the talks, but before the meeting the prime minister said business results of the bank would be discussed as well as its targets and general trends in the banking business at home. The future ownership structure of NLB should also be tackled, Drnovsek said ahead of the meeting.
