Slovenia-EU Parliamentary Associate Committee to Hold First Session Soon
Ljubljana, 1 December - SLOVENIA/EU/PARLIAMENTARY/COMMITTEE
Slovene members of the Slovenia-EU parliamentary associate committee held their first meeting in Ljubljana on Tuesday ahead of the inaugural meeting of the committee, to take place from 15 through 17 December in Strasbourg. The agenda of the Strasbourg meeting was discussed and tasks for the inaugural meeting distributed. According to Minister for European Affairs Igor Bavcar the forthcoming meeting will be attended also by government officials, apart from himself also by the head of the negotiating team, Janez Potocnik.
