Drnovsek: Tendency to Slow Down Enlargement
Vienna, 12 December - There is a tendency in the European Union to slow down the enlargement process, while the membership applicants are at the same time expected to speed up their membership preparations, Slovenia's Premier Janez Drnovsek said Saturday at the meeting of EU leaders with premiers and foreign ministers from 11 candidate countries in Vienna, sources in the Slovene delegation told STA.
