Slovenia Visited by Less Tourists This Year

Ljubljana, 16 December - The total number of tourists and overnight stays in Slovenia in the January-to-October period fell 2 percent from the same period last year. In this period 1.6 million tourists spent their holidays here and made 5.7 million overnight stays. While there were by 5 percent less domestic tourists (who made by 3 percent less overnight stays), the number of foreign tourists remained unchanged (but a one-percent fall in overnight stays was recorded).
