Ljubljana, 26 December - The National Assembly concluded its last extraordinary session in 1998 in the past week and held a formal session to mark the Slovene independence day. Only a few hours after the administrative tax act was endorsed by the National Assembly, the National Council put a suspension veto on it. At its last weekly session this year, the government passed the bill regulating procedures for establishing reciprocity in granting foreign citizens the right to purchase real estate in Slovenia. The bill stipulates the type of reciprocity, the manner, and the procedures of establishing reciprocity in all cases when a foreign citizens seeks to gain property right for real estate in Slovenia.
